So their salesmen Jim Klersy randomly emailed us offering to beat any quotes he had by $500. So I sent them over to him, he replied back with his own quotes indeed doing just that. But then when I started asking him some specific questions, he suddenly backed out stating this wasn't a real car deal, or something, whatever that means. That just means he had no intentions of ever honoring his word. Don't shop here, people.

I am very picky about my vehicles (trim, options). After a very frustrating day of greedy, difficult dealers in the Twin Cities area, I arrived at Cambridge with low expectations and a cranky attitude. The truck I wanted to see here was a bit higher trimmed and more expensive than I budgeted for. David and his team were great and took care of me: when I found a few odd items on the vehicle (example: aftermarket windshield that rendered the HUD hard to use), they took the cost of fixing those issues off of the price tag. I would strongly recommend going somewhere else. This was one of the most unprofessional and shady dealership experiences I’ve had. From the beginning, communication was terrible. My mom submitted a co-signer application, there were issues with it, and instead of helping resolve anything, the salesperson was slow to respond and offered very little support.
