Getting the appointment set up was very easy, the people I spoke with were very friendly and nice and helpful. And once my jeep was being repaired everyone in the service department that I dealt with were very nice and friendly. I will definitely use them again in the future if needed
My son purchased a vehicle at this location. He asked about a noise in the vehicle and the salesperson lied that it was normal. Fast forward after attempting multiple fixes at home and ultimately bringing it into a repair shop, and spending about $10,000 to fix it, this shop just washes their hands. I would never buy a vehicle from here. This won’t be the last they hear about this.
So their salesmen Jim Klersy randomly emailed us offering to beat any quotes he had by $500. So I sent them over to him, he replied back with his own quotes indeed doing just that. But then when I started asking him some specific questions, he suddenly backed out stating this wasn't a real car deal, or something, whatever that means. That just means he had no intentions of ever honoring his word. Don't shop here, people.
