I am very picky about my vehicles (trim, options). After a very frustrating day of greedy, difficult dealers in the Twin Cities area, I arrived at Cambridge with low expectations and a cranky attitude. The truck I wanted to see here was a bit higher trimmed and more expensive than I budgeted for. I would strongly recommend going somewhere else. This was one of the most unprofessional and shady dealership experiences I’ve had. From the beginning, communication was terrible. My mom submitted a co-signer application, there were issues with it, and instead of helping resolve anything, the salesperson was slow to respond and offered very little support. Took over 3hrs for an oil change. They don’t tell you that they service other vehicles ahead of yours if the other customer waits at the dealership, even when they come in after you. That is terrible customer service. When I set a time to have my vehicle serviced I expect it to be done in a reasonable time regardless where I am waiting. 3hrs for an oil change is unacceptable. Last time I go here I guess.
