The service at John Hinderer is great!
A pure disappointment to the Ram brand. Service department leaves a lot to be desired. Called in to service to verify my truck was still under the emissions warranty. Was informed it had 5mos left. Great. Safe bet to send it in for a particulate matter sensor right? No, post “diagnostic” I was informed the part doesn’t qualify for the warranty… come to find, calling Ram directly, my truck is actually out of the factory emissions warranty. Awesome customer service. Took very good care of me during my visit. Gave my truck a wash after the service. Hospitality was great as well. Very comfortable setting
