Dr. John Heather may very well be a good psychiatrist but what good is that when he does not respond for well over a week and a half to his patient's family's urgent cries for help --when they email multiple times(his preferred way of contact) desperately call his office. His reputation from medical care providers is that he does not forward medical records when requested so they can help them treat the patient. If he doesn't care, he has no business being in healthcare. Disgustingly uncaring.
Dr. John Heather is a friend that I've known for many years. On occasion, John and I will discuss an issue that I'm dealing with in my business. I've been a small business owner for 15 years and have 35 employees. John's insights into human behavior are very accurate and well informed. It's obvious to me that John is very intelligent, enjoys what he does and is very good at it. When John gives me advice or helps me analyze a situation, I listen! And he explains it in a very understandable way.
