I had combo plate ribs n brisket it was Luke warm but tasty porshon size was small but enuff jojo potatoes to feed a family tho.
I ordered a half rack of ribs. It's as if no seasoning was used at all. Plus they were over cooked. I do prefer a dryrub ribs, but not to the point that I can use the meat for a tooth pick.
