Was in town for a event this weekend ordered the 1/2 lb of ribs potatoes and coleslaw. Not sure what happened here remember it being decent from when I was here a couple years ago, but will never go back! Ribs were more or less dried jerky on a bone like they had been in a warmer for days! I'm guessing they probally knew they were bad being I only ate 1 rib waiter never even asked me if I needed a to go container lol. I guess the only plus side was the cole slaw was decent.

i'm lucky to live around the corner from this place and we love it! the pork, chicken, and turkey are all excellent!!
True BBQ and a Rochester Institution. The best in this corner of the state, without question. The shredded pork and Jo-Jos is on my very short list of dying wish meals.
Love there fried okra and the pork plate. I think best bbq place in town.
The brisket is not cut correctly. cut with the grain, cutting with the grain makes it less tender, and tougher. I'm a Master Certified Judge with the Kansas City Bbq Society and former competitor. The brisket also lacked flavor. Pork as usual was good.
