Simple med check. Got me in and out before my appointment time. Dr. Hansen is very approachable and consistent. Had to go elsewhere for a year due to insurance change. Very glad to be back.
I appreciate Dr. Hansen's matter-of-fact, listening approach to doctoring. He asks questions, doesn't overreact, and advises a minimalist approach to reach the desired goal of health improvement. I don't feel pushed into anything, and am presented options. I feel respected as a person and treated as an individual, with advice tailored to me.
I am new to Dr. Hansen this year after my doctor retired. I feel very lucky to have found a caring, knowledgeable, and friendly professional. He talks in plain English and gives me the time to fully answer questions.
Dr. Hansen is a very thorough and concerned physician. He takes the time to listen to my concerns and is willing to try non-pharmicutical solutions. I developed a situation with my mouth and gums, and thought it may be a side effect of some medications. Dr. Hansen was open to me stopping my meds to see if that was the cause. I was glad he didn't want to prescribe more meds for my new condition.
Dr Hansen and the Overland Park HCA office staff are the best. After living in LA for 22 years and experiencing their health care system I was shocked to see Dr Hansen on all my visits at the scheduled time-- Imagine that!! Very friendly helps walk you through any decisions for medications that you may decide to take if necessary.
Dr. Hansen has always been attentive & shown concern for whatever issues I've had. The practice has run smoothly each time I've been there over the last six or so years. Wait times are reasonable and staff is friendly. I'd definitely recommend them.
