Do not invest in this company for your 401k. Customer service is run by a bunch of rejects that all give you different info. I've been waiting over a month since I put in the request to withdraw. And then I get told today after an hour on hold that the amount im getting is way less and it's not getting sent to my address that I was told it was getting sent to. This company is a joke. Not what is used to be.
HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! Refuses to pay money in full because of a clerical error! So now over a decades, they deposit $20 in my account monthly like who can do anything with that small amount of money! And customer service reps are a joke!!! Poor customer support!!!!
Customer service useless.
