This company is a joke. Not what is used to be.
HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! Refuses to pay money in full because of a clerical error! So now over a decades, they deposit $20 in my account monthly like who can do anything with that small amount of money! And customer service reps are a joke!!! Poor customer support!!!!
Customer service useless.
Waited over 30 minutes to speak to JH rep only to get someone in Guam or whatever… no personal service
