We had JH so our 203k loan work . They took 6 months longer than they should have to do what they did . The kicker is a year later and we are almost done with our remodel and have found following issues with their work , they oversized our AC unit , left no slack on water line to the fridge ( had to be cut to move the fridge to install the flooring ) , never hooked up duct work properly . We have been working with JH Contracting for about 10 months now. They have encountered many challenges in our home restoration, which has been on my family for four generations. A very old house, but they have taken each challenge in stride and have conquered every single one of them. I know it has been hard work for them, but they have worked on this house as if it were in THEIR family for four generations. I'd choose them all over again if given a second chance.
