The Bicep Curl: I have found working the biceps with an Olympic Bar single arm can really help you gain size and dense muscle. The key is to keep the bar level. Is not as easy as it may seem. Not only will it stress your biceps, it will tax your forearm as well. Strict form is a must here!!!

As a matter of fact, he also demonstrates before and after results of the myriad of exercise techniques used in his program regimes. Additionally, he has build a strong partnerships with public participants in his community and the same is true of some dignitaries as well.

I just recently completed a six week fitness challenge at John Hall Studios. What I enjoyed the most is having true direction in how to reach my goals. Prior to joining the six week fitness challenge, I was working out about 3 times a week at home but really not reaching my full potential, only working out with 5lb weights and not eating the best at all.
