I have tried THREE times to get someone at Tucker to verify my insurance in advance of an appointment (new patient) and keep getting the run around. What is going on? Don't they want new patients? So much for "excellence".......
The people at Tucker Dental Excellence are amazing. They make you feel comfortable. Dr Tucker is very caring and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him to everyone.
I have been seeing Dr. Tucker and his team for treatment of TMJ, and I didn't realize how significantly this condition was impacting me until I was fitted for an oral appliance. I went in for my routinely checkup. The receptionist was polite with checking me in. My hygienist was friendly, which really eased my nerves. The cleaning went well and I got a great tooth polish flavor (raspberry mint!). But I will say the best thing about this was my hygienist's explanation of why you should floss. I am a disabled veteran with severe sleep apnea can't use bipap machine anymore VA sleep doctor from Pittsburgh put in to try dental mouth piece. Have ptsd, anxiety, depression, and memory problems. Got call that never received paper back which never received. Had to come in early to fill out. Had to call to confirm appointment, tried to return call we're closed.
