Just called to get transfered to a patient room, operator was very rude and unprofessional, after I reminded her that her customer service is what is expected from most city ghetto acting ppl, no communication skills....horrible!!!!!
This hospital is too much been here since 2 pm and they have called everyone but us. We ask and they say we got you. What the HELL Does that mean
This hospital is sad they don't care for you at all. You have to wait hours to be seen calls get hung up. The staff some are cool but you can tell from good to bad I tried to warm my daughter pizza up for her 1 nurse told me the hospital dont provide microwave anymore only staff so she was about to warm my food for my baby then thats when the Indian nurse came outta nowhere saying no we cant do that everything about this hospital is SAD!!!!!!!!
I brought my boyfriend into the ER and they saw him immediately! The service was way faster than I expected! They have really improved! The staff was great.
