The visitor line is ridiculous long. The check-in associates are very loud. I felt like I was in prison. Smh this is what the residents of Chicago pay for.... got to be harder on your politician
Worst hospital I have ever been to. Wish I could give it less than a 1 star. Terrible staff, terrible care. Received a surgery with a terrible outcome, and had to be re operated on. When applied to have to the bills repealed they told me they did the best they could. Worst experience of my life
Nobody ever answers when trying to make an appointment for an ultrasound. They barely answered my doctor too. Not a good sign.
Best eye clinic in the world. Long waiting but worth it
You must be joking - 4 stars. I have been calling the main line for 15 minutes. Phone rings nonstop, unanswered. I hang up, and try again. Line gets answered and I hear I'm being transferred. Then phone line rings, and call goes unanswered until I finally hang up. I have heard, from several friends who were seen here, that the support staff is rude.
