Dr. Brady did my ACL reconstruction. I think he’s a very talented surgeon, I had an appointment today to see about my shoulder, when I showed up I was told there was an emergency. I can understand that, however the lady in his office proceeded to tell me she had been trying to get ahold of me all day. This is a complete lie. No one called my phone, no one texted me a message, no one left a voicemail. She then said I could see his PA but he was completely booked today.
