I had an opportunity to visit John Griffith, DPM recently at Palo Alto Medical Clinic. I was somewhat embarrassed to visit a specialist for, what I had thought, a minor corn under my right toe. But my endocrinologist suggested that, being a diabetic, I shouldn't take this lightly and visit a podiatrist. Dr. Griffith removed the corn very carefully and I am, like a magic, pain free. He also performed a thorough foot exam and gave me a good bill of health for my feet. Overall, it was a pleasant visit.

I came to Dr. Griffith with a long term ache in my toe. He examined the toe and made a minor removal of callous material. That ended the pain I was having. I walked out with no pain and a happy camper.

I went wih my daughter to see Dr. Griffith on 6/10 thought I may need new arch supports due to lack of balance and tend to fall. Though pleasant discussions, Dr. Griffith examined me and my shoes, asked me to show how I walk. He said no need for arch support; your shoes were good brand but too old. They had collapsed and your feet tilt and slide in the shoes to accommodate the changes. And asked me how long I had the shoes. I answered. He had a big smile and said the Culpit was confirmed.
