Been going to Dr. Norris for years . He is always nice and very through.
His office staff is horrible- Phone calls are not returned timely. I am still waiting 6 weeks for a call back to challenge an allergy. The receptionist has no clue how to use the system and will force you to leave your credit card in file- then force you to pay because she can’t see if your card is on file! Most inept practice- don’t waste your time or money. They just want your money- there is no bedside manner here. The nurses are like sand paper and office hours are at their convenience.
Practice made pay what insurance didn't plus 50 co pay I am on Medicare and S security no other practice had done this
