Always get good results from my injections. Dr Noles is very careful to make you as comfortable as possible during procedure. Staff is great. Highly recommend.
Dr. Noles took his time to listen to me. He was very kind and patient.
I was very impressed how quickly. We were dealt with in the waiting room and then with the nurse before the doctor came in. She seem to be very capable. but my disappointment came when Dr Noles failed to remove any of my pain. I guess I was expecting too much but all he did was give some pads to put on my sore area and schedule another visit. Provided the information I needed to make an informed decision on treatment and proceeded with it.
Nurse refused IV MEDS for pain control. Will get that if there is another. Too much pain nurse rude.
Talked me through procedure
Everything was fine. Everyone was professional. Procedure didn’t take long.
Staff, nurses are very friendly, knowledgeable, & informed me through and before the procedure. This procedure hurt me more than any injections I have had, the nurse was very helpful to me telling me to breathe properly. Dr Noles is the best doctor I have had for my back problems. I also see Emily, at the Bossier office, she’s is the best for my needs.
The friendly and efficient staff. They go out of their way to make sure that you’re comfortable
