Veryfrightening!!! He almost performed the wrong procedure on my spine. When I pointed it out, he argued with me and tried to cover up his mistake. I confirmed with my physician that that was NOT the correct treatment. Yikes!
I was treated on both the Right and Left Side of my Lower Back. First the Right Side: I tried to set up a consultation appointment to talk to him and tell him it did not work. All I could get was the receptionist telling me it takes longer fro some patients and I should go ahead an do the left side.. I have continued to have severe pain in my lower right back for the last 9 months. I gave up trying to talk with him.
This is a busy office so you can expect to wait a little while - but it's busy for a reason. Dr. Noles has an excellent bedside matter and honestly listens to what is going on with a patient. I am grateful that my referral was to Dr. Noles.
Dr. Noles is an Outstanding Doctor who has helped me so much. His staff is so sweet and kind! I always leave feeling better then when I showed up! If i could give 10 stars I would!
Nope I won't recommend anyone to see him I am currently struggling with pain however I feel pain management doctors see dollar signs and patients as a number. Sad but true!!!
My father in law is seen by Dr. Noles. His office is very professional. From the first interaction with them to make the initial appointment, our experience has been wonderful. The ladies at the front desk are kind and friendly. The nurses are welcoming and really listen. Dr. Noles has made a huge difference in his quality of life. We were very hesitant about pain management, we did not want medication. He has recommended injections that have been able to postpone surgery for now.
Dr. NoleScott and his staff are compassionate and great at what they do. I would highly recommend them.
Love the staff. Everyone is nice and treat me well.
Dr. Noles is nice, but that is about it. The front office people mix up my appts., the nurses do not return calls. I don't feel like they listen to me when I tell them medication is not helping. I have been very disappointed in the lack of help I have been receiving. I have been waiting for 5 days for someone to call me back and give me my medication. Ridiculous.
