I like Dr. Roesner. He is direct, uses his time efficiently without making you feel the clock is ticking and he needs to get to his next patient. The problem is that for a month today, I have been trying to reach him to follow up on an issue he mentioned during our last conversation, back in mid-June. For insurance reasons, he could not get me what I needed then, so he asked me to call him in late July/early August when the insurance would ok the deal. That place it's a joke, they never return your calls .....
Dr. Roesner has been nothing but engaging and thorough.
I rarely write reviews, but my experience here was so bad I felt it was needed. Took multiple months to get an appointment here. Once they discovered they couldn't sell me a CPAP machine (I already own one) they shook my hand and said see you in a year. There's far better options out there.
