This seems to be a good law firm; I was injured in June ; still awaiting case results; haven't actually spoken on the phone with the attorney in at least 2 months I would say roughly I've been out of work for two and a half months now; communication could definitely improve; I don't mind getting updates on the case status app; an email or even leaving a voicemail about where the case is currently would be great; it makes me nervous to see these bad reviews; I may yet to change or add this review once the case closes

John Foy & Associates are suppose to ***resent you in regards to Social Security. However, you'll do most of your own legwork. My Social Security *** has ever reached out to **** *** to follow-up an overpayment and have been unsuccessful with a response.She asked me to follow-up to see if I can get in touch with someone.Our so called ***resentative "****** **********" answering machine advises that all call will be returned withing a business day.Sooooo we called and left messages 5/28, 5/30, 6/5 & 6/6.
