Quite happy with Dr. Fontaine’s knowledge and expertise in his specialty. I was referred by my regular cardiologist, Dr Hanlon, also at Florida Heart. Dr Fontaine explains everything in terms I can understand.
Over 3.5 hour waiting twice this month even though my appointments were scheduled at 9-9:45 AM. Nurse give updates changing the expect time about every hour without any explanation] . It is clear they are getting patients in line before the MD shows up in office. I left at 12:30 PM..Simply lack of organization, no respect or consideration for patients specifically for eldery patients with serious conditions.
