Dr. Neely is the best oral surgeon!! He and his staff have done extensive work on me and my husband and we are never disappointed!!!! He explains everything in detail and is just a very nice and caring person!!! All his staff is great from the office personnel to the clinical personnel all top notch people. We are thankful for them all especially Dr. Neely!
I was pretty nervous about getting my four impacted wisdom teeth out, but as soon as I laid in the operating room, I could tell the staff was on top of everything. The whole process went just as I hoped! Huge thanks to Dr. Neely and his amazing team!
Had 2 extractions yesterday but I have absolutely no problem with the ladies at the front desk or the individuals who were in the room helping the Doc. Those ladies are very nice and they will take care of you to the best of their abilities. It got issues with the “pre op” and the lack of bedside manner for lack of a better term. But whatever, the teeth are gone and so is my money so they got what they wanted. Then he followed up with a call a 5:45 that day and of course no one answered when I called back.
