receptionists were attentive and very helpful. Clean office amd exam rooms. The doctor spwnt plenty of time and I can tell he cared. This is how its supposed to be. he is helping with my shoulder. Definitely would go back.

Dr Lalonde misdiagnosed my IBS, my appendicitis, and if that's not enough he ruined my life by misdiagnosed my breast cancer. After many years notice that he was doing nothing but got me feel worse and worse, I decided to switch doctor. My new Doctor discovered all my issues including my BREAST CANCER. My family and I went through to a lot of horrible moments and pain, because of his negligent treatment. Hope he is conciuos of the pain he inflicted on his victims which includes Family friend.
Always take care of your needs and have a network of specialist they can refer you to so all your medical needs are met. Truely 5 Star care!! Misdiagnosed Cancer! Sent me away with a prescription for Prozac. Next Doctor's diagnosis - stage four metastatic papillary cancer. Dr L insisted I was healthy despite my symptoms, and a past surgery for thyroid tumor (as a child). When I told him past doctors had been monitoring two thyroid nodules by ultra sound, he just insisted that the T3, T4, and TSH tests wouldn't be in normal range if there was anything wrong with me. Current doctors say those tests have nothing to do with cancer.
My entire opinion about doctors and medical services was changed after selecting Dr. Lalonde and his group of physicians for my primary care. He is a kind and caring Doctor with a great sense of humor, and his staff reflects his positive attitude. They work hard to make sure your medical needs are met and excel at getting timely referrals. I moved away from the Newport Beach area and dearly miss them all. I highly recommend selecting the Newport Medical and Wellness Team for health care needs
