He's a great dentist whose main concern is you get quality care. My family and I have been going to him for at least five years. Once, he sent me to a specialist for a root canal due to a nerve close to the root. He'd rather see me get quality care than do it himself and risk my well being. He's also worked with us to make payments unlike other dentists who expect full payment up front.

Dr. Kugler is a good dentist, but we were told by his staff that they accept our insurance. When we were billed $490 and my wife questioned why, she was told they only accept a portion of our insurance. We were never told that or we wouldn't have come to this practice. When my wife asked for some assistance with the bill, she was told by the staff that "it is not our job to find out what insurance plan you have". We will never go back

My family and I have been going to Dr. Kugler for over 25 years and we have had no problems or concerns with the work received. The members of this staff even go out of their way to work with you and your insurance companies. Any of my family members who have moved out of state for college or employment, continue to receive all of their dental services during their vacation breaks at Dr. Kugler's office. I highly recommend this dentist and his staff.

I really do not like the quality of the work I've received at his office. I've had to have everything re-done by another dentist and that was money I could ill afford to spend.
