I'm a patient of Dr. Griffing and have had all great dental experiences; No pain ever! His staff have all been exceptionally professional and kind. Dr. Griffing is an excellent dentist, his assistant, Esteban is fantastic, and I've been completely happy. State of the Art equipment makes a huge difference!

I had been a patient of this office for several years, despite the odd, ongoing rudeness of the receptionist. I was introduced to the office by my insurance. The Dentist was warm, and his staff (other than the receptionist) were kind and professional. Unfortunately, there is alot of dealings with the receptionist both on the phone and in person when making or coming in for an appt. Worst dental office ever. He was okay but the front desk staff were the most rude people I’ve ever experienced. Sarah was horrible and talked down to you. I was also supposed to pay a copay which my dental insurance covers and pays for and on top of that I asked her if my insurance covered everything and she said yes it did. The dentist was nice but he filed my sensitive and already sore tooth down with no numbing so it hurt and my tooth still hurts. I have decided to no longer see Dr. Griffing due to him 'firing' a family member for getting a necessary procedure performed elsewhere that was more affordable. Overall, my family member and I felt like the hygienists and dentist were good enough but the way the dentist terminated the client/patient relationship felt very petty. I have been a patient of Dr. Griffing for many years after being referred by a friend of mine. His referral was a godsend as I can truly say that Dr. Griffing is the finest dentist that I have ever been to. He's up to date on the latest procedures and I totally trust his recommendations as to my treatment plan. There is never an oversell at his practice. Dr. Griffing, the office staff, and technicians are all great to work with, professional and friendly. You can't go wrong here!
