Been living here in 1606 since the start of the academic year. Love it. Classmates who have lived at E2 and Centrum comment how affordable, quiet, and large the units are. 2Y friends have moved from Albion to here. Ramon, the building maintenance expert, is usually very quick to respond. Never seen a roach here so the other commenter - I think - had a unusual experience. I have those roach baits in my apartment unit. For the price, I'm paying, absolutely no complaints!

Do not rent here. This is an historic building run by the most penny-pinching landlords that you'll find. It's filled with roaches, the laundry machines are constantly broken (2 of 6 for like 100 residents have been down for months), walk-up, no amenities, but they make sure the lawn looks good. That's where your 3k/month will go if you want a 2 bedroom. The maintenance team is amazing, in that this building is still standing.
