If you don’t want your package stolen every day, don’t want to live with cockroaches and centipedes, and don’t want to hear stupid drunk people talking loudly in the courtyard at 3am, don’t live here. Worst management company ever. People’s packages been stolen for years, and they won’t set up any precautions and kept letting sketchy people into the buildings.
Been living here in 1606 since the start of the academic year. Love it. Classmates who have lived at E2 and Centrum comment how affordable, quiet, and large the units are. 2Y friends have moved from Albion to here. Ramon, the building maintenance expert, is usually very quick to respond. Never seen a roach here so the other commenter - I think - had a unusual experience. I have those roach baits in my apartment unit. For the price, I'm paying, absolutely no complaints!
