I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. Dr. Pelosi is not the best foot doctor. My recomendation is Dr. Haley in Williamstown. Spends plenty of time with you, answers all your questions, and is a much better doctor.

Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Was this podiatrist friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited! Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected

Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.
