My personal opinion: It’s your lucky day! I’m about to save you $1000 and a lot of pain. If you’re looking for an oral surgeon / periodontist, AVOID JOHN MAZZA AT ALL COSTS. I went in for my appointment recently. Then I went to another periodontist the next day just to get a second opinion. Dr. Mazza has been working on my gums for years. I require deep cleaning on my gums a couple times a year and he is the best. His prices are very affordable compared to other periodontists. His staff is always very nice and accommodating. They will always get you in if you really need to be seen. My procedures are always painless which I can't say about anyone else who has worked in my teeth or gums ever. He has music for you to listen to to take your mind of the procedure. went in anticipating great pain stress - very comfortable no pain after surgery
I used Dr. Mazza for a crown lengthening. The office was nice, the staff are incredible and very sweet. This was one of the most painless experiences for a dentist. They give you headphones and you can listen to music while they work. I was also impress that they took extra steps to make sure I was numb before the procedure. Dr. Mazza is one of the nicest dentists I have ever met, has the best beside manner and highly recommend him.
This guy knows what he is doing and provides a great service. I was very impressed with his knowlege, his staff and how I was treated even though the cost seams to be quite reasonable. He is not covered under my PMI plan but I prefer to pay out of pocket to see him than to go to anyone else. There are no frills here, just great care.
