Very unprofessional, let's personal views affect behavior and acts extremely inappropriately. I've witnessed some very unprofessional behavior years ago and I am sure things haven't changed. Beware.
STAY FAR AWAY!!!! he does not ask for a pre approval letter because he wants to sell you a home over your budget. He might start asking for them now since he is getting multiple bad reviews from people. He is seeking the highest commission possible and once you put the deposit down on the house he quits answering your questions. Real sneaky.
