I love coming here and I love Dr Catanneo, but what is the typical timeline that a message is supposed to be responded to? I’ve been trying for days to get ahold of your office and have literally anyone call me back.
Have been having trouble getting any information about doctors that are accepting new patients. The staff answered the phone, told me they weren't accepting new patients at this time but then proceeded to give me information for a doctor that was. Most helpful staff I've come across trying to get any information about my diagnosis.
Dr. Cattaneo might just be my favorite doctor I've ever had. He knows people who are coming to see him are dealing with heavy health situations. In my visits with him he has gone out of his way to put me at ease, which is greatly appreciated. He is very funny, knowledgeable and most importantly kind. Would recommend to anyone.
Love this doctor! I’ve been going to him for awhile. I pray he never retires. Very intelligent, great sense of humor but knows when to be serious also. Listens to me, so important!
I have used Dr. Cattaneo for over 12 years and have always been treated with respect and friendly service. His staff is always helpful and courteous. He's the best! Some delays with return calls would be my concern.
