After failure to respond to multiple telephone requests for follow up appts, I moved on to another Podiatrist. Upon requesting forward of my medical records, again, no response, requiring me to get the FL Dept Of Health to investigate.
Visited the Dr once and gave them my insurance card and co-payment. They have been billing me for 3 months as a self pay and not even listing my payment I have already made on my account. I have called the office more than a dozen times and cannot get anyone to answer the phone or to return my phone call. Terrible service and terrible practice. I do not recommend them.
This place is absolutely a disgrace. I will not have a Dr. that will not return my calls, they don't answer their phones anytime of day. I was supposed to have my diabetes shoes last October. I did everything he asked me to do and still.. I do not have any new diabetic shoes that I'm due for every year. And I haven't even heard from them since my foor exam or that they even received the paperwork.
Following surgery by this doctor, I came down with sepsis due to dirty instruments and non sterile implant. Be fore warned
On my first visit to Dr. Baker’s office I had a very good impression. He’s very professional and immediately went straight to the point of my pain. He took x-rays of my left foot and showed me very clearly how my foot was healing perfectly. No others doctors showed me that before and then he explained to me from where my pain was coming from. I’m glad I went to him and I will recommend him to anyone. Thank you Dr. Baker.
