Dear Doctor, So much thankful to you. I don't have any words to express it. I had a bronchoscopy done on 10/31/25 at Presbyterian St.Lukes. I don't know you remember. I have been going through chronic bronchitis for years. Have been seeing so many specialist CT scan, bronchoscopy etc. Had a surgery 34 years back. I recently had Dr. Ali O. Jamshidi conduct a "Ballon Rhizotomy" on the right side of my face. I have Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and. Trigeminal Neuralgia on both sides of my face and lesions on my spinal cord which cause facial pain as well. I went to see several Neurosurgeons and they all said they could not assist me. But, Dr. Jamshidi said he couldn't give me his normal high percentage rate of success. If you leave a negative review they will call you It won't help anything, but they do care about the reviews. They care more about the reviews than about patient care. Please keep this in mind and don't make the terrible mistake of "choosing kaiser "

Front desk people working in April 26ish, 2023 need to face Ccriminal charges. This facility and organization has serious human rights violations and privacy violations. Do NOT go here with current receptionists in Poulsbo
This was the worst facility in the world. They literally didn’t believe me when I was internally bleeding. Finally, the front desk individuals were the worst people I’ve met (seriously criminal). They threw my FMLA paperwork on the ground. In addition, they are connected somehow to Sarasota Police in Florida and continue to violate human rights across the board. Disgusting display of healthcare
Scheduled an appointment with Bichson during a mental health crisis. Doctor kept interrupting me, speaking over me, and shut down everything I tried to communicate. They made assumptions about myself and my needs that were inaccurate, and became increasingly combative, rude, and dismissive when I tried to share additional information or request resources. Have never had such an awful experience with a practitioner.
Dismissive and will cut you off mid sentence. I wouldn't want to see this Dr. again.
He performed my total hip replacement. I was still experiencing some discomfort. I called his office and they moved his schedule around to gig me in. He assured me that I was progressing nicely. He recommended that I return to PT. I’m doing well and walking without Cane now. I’m happy that I got it done. The pain has gone. Kudos Mrs.Ervin
