You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place!

Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? My Family has been seen by Dr. John Draper for most of the last 16 years (except for when my insurance forced me to use Kaiser). Dr Draper has always given Us the best medical advice and done everything in his power to keep us healthy. I lost my Daughter to Asthma while under the care of Kaiser and Dr. Draper would have helped educate Our Family more about Asthma if We were seeing him at that time. Dr. Draper and the entire Medical staff at Ponderosa Medical Office are the Best.
