Brought my New Corvette in for it's first oil change. The manual said that only some technicians are trained as to how to service a Corvette as special pads are required for the hoist, there are 2 drain plugs and synthetic oil is mandatory. So I asked the service manager for a properly trained tech to do the service. He simply stated that "all our techs are qualified and we treat a Corvette the same as we do a Chevy Spark." I have received service on my vehicles here a few times. Most recently I had an alignment done, and they couldn't get my rear wheel into alignment, but I still had to pay full price. They didn't offer any recommendations for solving this problem. I called a week later to complain that my car still pulled to the right, it didn't feel any different than before the alignment, and they told me to come back and they would rotate the tires.
