I had an over the phone appointment with Dr. Chico and never got a call or appointment cancellation notification. Called the main line to request an update and they couldn’t give me information as the doctor did not make note of anything. This was a huge inconvenience and unprofessionalism from Dr. Chicos office.
As I get older, and seem to be affected by more illnesses and sickness, Dr Chico has been the best doctor I've had at Kaiser. I highly recommend him.
