John Daughtery has shown his true colors. He divorce his wife Threw her out of the house she has no home no car and he has kept her belongings will not return them to her. Please don’t do Business with this man. He hasn’t paid her the money on the Prenup that he wrote myself . He is a selfish person. Only thinks of himself.
This is one of the worst open houses I have ever experienced. Moni Bohnisch followed us around the entire property as if when didn’t belong there. She even joked with someone “I know”. She probed and questioned me about my career as if I was applying for a home loan. I was very uncomfortable. DO NOT USE HER! Then proceeded to follow us OUTSIDE of the property, waited and watched! I will post the photos of her watching us outside.

I was relocating to the Houston area for work and was given two companies to choose from. Not knowing anything about either one, I chose John Daugherty based on some of the information on their web site. If I were to do it again, I would definitely choose another realtor. Not knowing the area, and having limited time to find a house, I was hoping to get a little information about the neighborhoods we were looking at.
