My review is based on the techs that assisted me and my 9 month old granddaughter; they were absolutely the best. First the man that weighed her and started her off turned on YouTube so her favorite show could calm her. He was very engaged with her and kind to me. The tech that took pics of her heart sang with me to my grandbaby and it worked. She later did a solo and sang song little bunny foo foo I’ve never heard this song but the next day found it and fell in love.Thank you all for making our experience great
