This is without a doubt the most unprofessional office I have ever spoken with. Dr. Dalton was a great Doctor. I'm sorry to hear he retired. But the front desk staff is rude and dismissive. The woman I spoke with was disrespectful and completely dismissive. She even went as far as to argue with me. Rude, unprofessional, uneducated, and down right miserable. Dr Dalton was an excellent doctor for many years. He was had more knowledge and class than anyone I've seen and I have not been a well woman for quite a few years now. I know he loved his 6 decades of service to us. It could not have been easy dealing with the rude staff that did little to help (at least me) over the course of the pandemic. Iran really was such an asset to this office as well.

He was my doctor until I had to move. Yes, the office staff is terrible but I've discovered that's the same story wherever you go. Dr. Dalton himself was terrific. Such a caring gentleman. He took good care of me and I miss him.

I am so thankful to have found Dr. Dalton! He is extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind. I had been feeling as though I had no energy and was worried that my MS was getting worse; Dr. Dalton had my blood drawn and after receiving my results discovered I needed an increase in my thyroid meds. The young lady who drew my blood was fabulous; usually phlebotomists have difficulty with my veins! The office staff (Shari, Christina and Lucy) are all very helpful and kind also and the gal at the front desk is always doing 17 thing... read more
