Not impressed. Got my son's eye exam but does no good when you cannot get a hold of someone to get the prescription. Rushed us out the day of his appointment so they could leave and now crickets. My poor son is using an old back up pair of glasses. Definitely switching to rainbowoptics. They have been incredible for me and everyone else I know.
UPDATE: REVIEW FOLLOW UP BY STERLING VISION IS JUST FOR SHOW . DESPITE THEM ADMITTING TO GIVING INCOMPLETE INFORMATION TO THE CUSTOMER, THEY TURNED AWAY FROM HELPING ME OR WORKING WITH ME TO FIND A SOLUTION. DON'T COME HERE. Today I had an appointment for the west 11th location and drove 20 minutes from my home only to see a sign on the door that read "closed until further notice". I called their valley river location and it turns out they just forgot to call me to reschedule and notify me that my appointment was canceled! Now I have to wait until July to get another appointment. Truly unbelievable. I have no words. I would give them zero stars if that were possible. I have called 7 times in the last week and used their secure messaging service (Klara) five times. All with no response. This office is impossible to get ahold of.
Dr. Wellwood was nice enough, but when I called about needing an exam for blurry vision, which is documented in my chart that day, it seem he didn't properly exam me for this issue. Paperwork said it was contradicted to dilate. I'm not sure why. Twas filamentary keratosis, wish it wouldve been caught before it started really hurting.
