I LOVE my doctor at Sterling Vision. Dr. Etzel is fantastic! I don’t like to post negative reviews but the front desk associates are the hardest people in the world to get ahold of. It’s guaranteed that you won’t talk to a person. Text or leave a message. I posted a negative review on the front staff a year ago. Nothing has changed. If I could give zero stars to them, I would.
I've emailed Daniel the new manager at VRC Eugene, 6 times in reply, trying to resolve warranty date verification and he hasn't replied nor generated solution to simple request, since July 17, today is Aug 10. He just dropped off the face of the planet. Its beyond frustrating how impossible normal business is. Surely its partially a problem with overall corporate business practices. No one to talk to. Dr. Edwards is a great doctor who really knows his stuff. Unfortunately, the billing department destroyed all likeability in this clinic. They owe me over $216 in over charges, and I can't find anyone to rectify the situation. They must expect me to just write it off.
My very fist time coming to get my eyes checked and the nicest people ever. From the lady at the front desk, the back room and Ryan. I wish I remembered all the other names. Pregnant woman treated with all the attention and Respect. Thank you so so much! I appreciate all of you!
