RecommendedOk so I want to start by saying that today was my oldest, who is 3, very first visit to an eye doctor ever. He isn’t fully talking yet but Dr. Seng was AMAZING. My little man was super nervous when he got in the exam room and by the end of his visit he was laughing and smiling. We will DEFINITELY be going back because anyone who can break the shell of my little guy is a good person.

Dr is through and kind. Did great eye exam. VERY UNHAPPY as I was told it would be 2 weeks for my glasses to come in. I called two weeks later and Kelly told me that they haven't arrived yet. Called in again three weeks later and was told THEY WERE NEVER ORDERED!! Will not return.
Just had my first visit with Dr. Seng, loved the family atmosphere and everyone there was so nice. Previously went to another “Big” eye doctor’s office in Findlay, but I felt like a number. I will definitely stay with Dr. Seng.
He is a great Optometrist & he’s very thorough.
Rudest people I’ve ever meant. I would not recommend going there.
