Friendly and comfortable from the staff to the facility!
Very friendly reception first my first time there. Paperwork was easy. No hassle. Hygienist was pleasant.
Dr Rinehart shines through...the whole staff Linzey, and Tallia are extremely pleasant! You feel like family when your there! I never felt the dreaded novacaine needle go in because Dr Rinehart is the magician!! I'm not even dreading my next appointment!
It's like visiting family when I come for an appointment. Linda knows how anxious I get coming there just for a cleaning and she is always caring and compasionate. 5 stars!!!!!!
I have only just started going to Dr. Rinehart's office, but in the few visits I have had, Dr. Rinehart and his staff have been tremendous. My wife's family have been using Dr. Rinehart for many years, and I always wondered why they raved about their dentist so much. Since going there, now I understand why. I recently moved to the area and had my second appointment. The staff I've encountered have been nothing short of exceptional. The hygienists, dentists, and office staff are so nice and take the time to explain what they are doing, why they are doing it, and suggestions on improving overal oral health. I'm so happy I found this group. They make going to the dentist a not so dreaded trip!
I presently work in the medical profession and continually look for improvements. So when visiting other offices I'm observant to my surroundings. Entering Dr Rineharts facility I was impressed with the way I was greeted by the office staff which made me feel welcome.
