Friendly, knowledgeable, and just plain nice. The care included an explanation of what was to be done and why...every step of the way. Excellent. In addition, the facilities are amazing from the modern equipment to the huge windows in each of the exam rooms....talk about calming. Great overall experience from start to finish.
I love when I have Julie. She is always so nice and remembers me. It makes the experience very personal.
The COVID-19 pandemic has changed everything. However, my most recent dental appointment went off smoothly, effectively, and yes...even pleasantly. All the necessary steps were taken to comply with the safety guidelines. However, everything was done efficiently and with good humor. I have complete confidence that everything was done properly and in the end, we carried on as if there was no pervasive problem roiling outside the dentist's office. I wish more services could operate so well.

Everyone was very pleasant as usual. I felt very comfortable and safe in regards to Covid, My appointment was on time and everyone was friendly.
The Danville Team once again exceeded my expectations! They continue to be pleasant, genuine, meticulous and exceptional at their jobs. Dr Murdoch and his team made a challenging visit, (emergency visit to address front broken teeth that resulted from an accident) pain free and allowed me to leave in tremendously better condition with a permanent resolution in place.
