Thanks for another happy visit!!! It was an extra treat to see your lovely decorated tree, which made me feel even more at home than usual. Everyone I saw, either at the front desk, in the hallway or in the treatment room greeted me with warm smiles and made sure my needs were met completely. I was a new patient with a problem tooth. They gave me an appointment very quickly, kept me comfortable and the office and its staff are fabulous. Very kind, friendly and I felt well taken care of .
My experience was very informative and comfortable. Julie was my hygienist, who was very caring and told you everything she was going to do before she did it. Dr. Muir was my dentist who was very kind and personable. One thing I would want is for this dental service to accept other insurances so that I can stay a client of theirs. I had a very good experience and would recommend John Rinehart Dental to all my friends. My two sisters have been going to this dental service for years!!
Dr Rinehart did a thorough examination. He had gone over my x-rays before seeing me and noticed an area of concern, which he pointed out on the x-ray and explained the nature of and its cause. So far the condition is stable but could necessitate surgery if it progresses. He explained a simple procedure I could do (and the hygienist showed me how) that could stave off deterioration. Today was my first visit to Dr. Rinehart's office and I must say it was a very pleasa5and enlightening experience! The office is beautiful and very relaxing. My hygienist was just awesome! My teeth feel so clean and smooth!! Dr Rinehart is very thorough! Plus he was delightful! I'm very happy I chose this dentist for my family!
