I had a recurrence with TMJ which resulted in severe pain. Dr. Rinehart and his staff fit me in for an appointment very quickly and came up with a plan of care for this flareup. All staff members will do whatever they can to help their patients. They are terrific!
I have not lived in the Danville area long and had to find a new dentist when I moved here. I have been so pleased with the level of care at Dr. Rinehart's office. His staff is pleasant, courteous, and always professional. My appointments are always taken on time, something I am a stickler for. From the receptionist who knew my name upon my second visit, to the hot towels I am presented with at the end on my cleaning, I am thoroughly pleased at having found a great dentist and staff at Dr. Rinehart's office.
When I get back to work from my appt, I always comment how well the office is organized. I have never even come close to a less than positive experience. As I was leaving, I was thinking wow, it was all about ME! Perhaps Dr RInehart could give us ( my work organization) a lecture on what patient care is really about!
We have been going to Dr. R's office for dental care for many many years. It is a very professional practice. The staff is very efficient and are compassionate. Our teeth are well taken care of and we feel safe receiving care in this office. Since are now retired, and do not have dental insurance, cost is a major factor. We wish there was some kind of rewards for long term care/senior discounts/some kind of insurance/a cheaper plan for semi annual cleanings for repeat customers, etc. Otherwise, I highly recommend the practic... read more
