My visits to Dr. Papillon make me feel very confident. He answers my questions and he is very professional. He is an excellent doctor. I'm very pleased.
Took over and Hr. to see him for 3minutes. requested and X-ray even when I already had one done with an MRI. PCP send al my information to him which he and his assistant did not read or even look. Health insurance is expensive already and it gets more expensive every year thanks to healthcare providers pushing unnecessary or redundant procedures. like an unnecessary X-RAY. I may need a Surgery as this doctor recomended, but if he is pushing unnecessary X-rays. I am not confident I need an expesive procedure as a surgery.
They say that the leading cause of injury to old men is thinking they are young men. Dr. Papilion has had to put me back together again a few times for thinking that I’m a young man. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Papilion, and have several times. No-nonsense. Straight to the point. Gets the problem fixed and puts you back on your feet.
Hands down the only surgeon I trust. Amazing surgeon!
Have had him work on me many times and he has been the best.
Dr. Papilion performed knee replacement surgery in January and March 2012. I was 62 years old at that time. Should you be facing the same, I highly recommend serious dedication to physical therapy, despite the pain. And when the gym period is done make sure 'GET INTO THE SWIMMING POOL" and make sure your PT prepares a program for pool therapy -- ... read more
Support staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Dr Papilion is warm, factual and knowledgeable. He explains medical issues well and is trustworthy!
Highly recommend him so far. He did such a spectacular job with my wife's shoulder replacement in 2019 that she's going to have him do her arthroscopic knee repair that a renowned Denver area surgeon had said 5 years ago, "it's arthritis and you'll just have to deal with this". She's been living in mild to major discomfort by that misdiagnostic error from Dr. Duck. Dr. P sometimes runs a little late, but I don't mind waiting a bit longer for first class care and especially a correct diagnosis. Like I said, Papilion did just ... read more
1) Submitted incorrect code and incorrect diagnosis on precertification request, failed to correct code and diagnosis on 2nd request, then told me an appeal would be sent, but never actually submitted it (which I found out 40+ days later). 2) Took 3 months to find out they threw out paperwork I filled out, which they needed to fax to a MRI center for previous imaging and radiology reports. 3) Told me it's not worth getting a new MRI of my knee, because "it's probably fine", directly after I explained how my knee (20 year old... read more
