I was a new patient of Dr. John Lowney. Saw him had test he was a good dr. Had a follow up apt. Coming up this October 2024. I called to reschedule had to leave a message because the girls don't answer the phone. They returned my call leaving message cancelling apt. But didn't reschedule apt. When I called today at 9:30 I got voice mail again so by 2:00 I called and left another message.the girl called me back was very rude and ignorant told me not to call and leave more then 1 message they are to busy and that my apt. I am a new patient, saw Dr lowney last week (Thurs.)for the first time and was not impressed!!! He told me to see the girls at the front desk to make an appt for an echo and a separate appt for a nuclear test. They threw several dates and times at me but they did not line up with doggy day care so I told them I would have to call them to schedule, which I did the very next day and again onMonto no avail!!!!!!!
