The front office staff are the worst I have ever encountered. They are shockingly rude. Don’t even bother trying to reach them by phone and if you do get through to someone you get passive aggressive (or just down right aggressive) attitude.
Don't bother calling, they don't answer their phones. Tried calling almost everyday and left voicemails. You leave a message and they never call you back. I finally received a call back a week later and the receptionist was yelling over the phone and being so rude. Receptionist kept saying to stop calling and to stop leaving voice messages. I was a new patient of Dr. John Lowney. Saw him had test he was a good dr. Had a follow up apt. Coming up this October 2024. I called to reschedule had to leave a message because the girls don't answer the phone. They returned my call leaving message cancelling apt. But didn't reschedule apt. When I called today at 9:30 I got voice mail again so by 2:00 I called and left another message.the girl called me back was very rude and ignorant told me not to call and leave more then 1 message they are to busy and that my apt.
