I have been a customer for 20 years and have never dealt with a more unprofessional provider. I have dealt with computer changes with asking for all my info two years back to back (like someone walking in off the street), having to schedule a year out for appointments, several new doctors without my approval, canceled my VSP insurance and a another new doctor with 8 day notice of my annual appointment. This business has no idea what value a customer has. Will never go back.

I have lost a significant amount of the vision in my left eye because of Dr. Kirk's negligence. The loss may be permanent. Here is what happened: A year ago, at my annual eye exam, I told Dr. Kirk that I was experiencing blurry vision in my left eye. It was like looking through a cloud, with some clearer spots. He said that because the blurs varied, the "ONLY" thing that could cause this was Dry Eye, and I should use over-the-counter drops more frequently. By November, my vision was worse. This doctor is to be avoided. He may not be competent. To make things worse, he might not believe what you say about your symptoms. He said "I doubt that" when I told him about symptoms I had after cataract surgery. I immediately went to another doctor and am very lucky that I didn't have complications. Look at the remarks on Next Door if you need confirmation. You won't be able to get restitution if he messes up your vision because doctors support each other, not patients.
