Dr. Kelly is the epitome of what every doctor should be like. HE is a brilliant doctor and surgeon with true compassion for patients. Being transferred to Dr. Kelly from UPenn Ortho has changed my life. One of the best knee surgeons out there he was great had a wonderful personality answer any questions that I need to answer to
DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR!!!!! It’s been 16 months since he did hip arthroscopic surgery on me and I’m in constant daily pain WAY worse than before surgery. He not only misdiagnosed me completely but damaged 6 of my nerves in my glute. I couldn’t return to work and my life is a constant struggle to just survive the day. I don’t want anyone else to have to go through this. Is a living nightmare.
Never ordered imaging. Dismissed my concerns repeatedly. Got imaging away from Penn (never ordered any) that shows an ACL injury. Clearly went intro my knee surgically and never checked a single thing.
I had Tommy John Surgery in 2015 from Dr. Kelly and I cannot explain how amazing he was. From my first meeting he explained everything but when he said, “I can fix you son.” I never felt more confident. Now, 8 years after my surgery and it like I never hurt my elbow. I have 0 pain no problems what so ever. He even called the day after my surgery to check in to make sure I was okay. I don’t know where I would be if he didn’t fix me.
