I am so happy with John D. Jones AC, Heating & Refrigeration! I called and they came and fixed my ac issue the same day. Ryan was great! Very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He explained the issue to where I could easily understand. The price was a pleasant surprise. Affordable and reasonable. I will definitely call them for future service. 5 stars!

Called their 24 hr hotline at around 7am and got a call back within 30 mins (faster than most doctors offices). Was told I’d be called by a tech to set up time that same day. Tech, Michael called around 9 and we set up a visit between 11-1pm. He called me at 11:15 said he was on his way and showed up at 11:30. Michael was quick, courteous and thorough. He did an inspection of the unit, ducts and vents. Needed Freon which he provided and changed my filter. All is well now and nobody tried to sell me a new A/C. Very impressed ... read more
Great service with very knowledgeable technicians! They showed up when they said, very respectful and great customer service, and affordable.
A/C went out at my 97 year old mother's house and called John D Jones at 3:00 in the afternoon. They said no problem we'll have someone out in an hour. They did and a very professional and knowledgeable technician came out and had the unit up and running in no time. He even had the part needed to repair the unit on his truck. Communication between the office and I was first rate with more professional employees than I have come to expect. Highly recommended.
