Dr Hand took time to check my hand for pain in three locations. He had X-rays taken and found three causes for my pain. I had thought all along it was caused from carpal tunnel however that was the lesser of the three issues. Unfortunately my main problem is I am missing a ligament that attaches to my wrist. This cannot be fixed with surgery, only injections every three months.I appreciated Dr. Hand taking time with me and explaining every situation thouroughly.
I got totally wrecked a few years back and had severed the tendon in my finger on my right hand... rolled up like a guitar string in my wrist. This guy grafted a new tendon from the tip of my finger to connect it in my wrist. I have 97% movement back in my finger and years later I am so thankful for this man and his skill!
Did not get good experience.
Dr. Hand put my cast on too tight and caused my bones to heal bent and deformed. The bone was squeezed in the cast and healed bent down.
Saw Dr. Hand a few years beck for my Dupuytren’s contracture. It was it it’s early phase. Today, I wanted to learn about the non surgical approach to “DB”. Dr. Hand spent the time to explain all the pros and cons. He answered every question and I felt like I was a patient not a number. Best experience in a doctors office in years. I highly recommend Dr. Hand to anyone seeking help with their “DB”.
Dr Hand was my only Dr. of choice for surgery for Dupytrens Contracture. Thoroughly walked me through everything from beginning to end taking as much time as I needed for answering any questions. Dr Hand did carpel tunnel relief surgery on both my wrists. He was wonderful along his staff at the surgery center. The outcome of both surgeries was excellent. I would recommend him to anyone needing relief from the terrible pain and unrest of carpel tunnel syndrome. I am grateful to Him.
Dr. Hand Performed two surgeries for me – carpal tunnel in both hands. I am extremely pleased with the results. And I especially appreciate his wonderful care. I am 68 years old and have had numerous surgeries over the years and I have never had a doctor call me at home on the weekend to check on how I’m doing post op. This impressed me the most. He certainly cares for his patients and it’s quite obvious in everything he does. I highly recommend using him if you are concerned about a problem in this area.
I will be returning for further surgery on my hand, knowing that Dr Hand has my best interests on hand (pun)
